Honey Bunches of Oats® Cereal Strawberry Marshmallow Bars
Our ooey-gooey Honey Bunches of Oats Strawberry Marshmallow Bars are the marhsmallow treat you didn't know you needed. Fruity, crunchy and oh so yummy.
Ingredients
- 11 cups Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries cereal
- 1/2 cup of salted butter
- 3 bag mini marshmallows
Directions
- In a large sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat until slightly brown.
- Turn heat to low and add all but three cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Grease a large separate mixing bowl and add Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries cereal and remaining mini marshmallows.
- Slowly mix in butter and melted marshmallow mixture until fully combined.
- Place on a 9×12 inch cookie sheet lined with buttered parchment paper and spread the mixture out with damp hands until even.
- Allow bars to cool for about an hour before cutting and serving.
