Ingredients

  • 2 Shredded Wheat Original Big Biscuits
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) unsweetened coconut milk, warmed
  • 1 mandarin orange, segmented
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) coconut chips

Directions

  1. Place biscuits in bowl. Pour warmed coconut milk over top.
  2. Top with mandarin orange segments and marmalade. Sprinkle with coconut chips.

Tips

  • Add dark chocolate shavings for an added twist, if desired.
